Taking a Bit of a Break

Hey everyone,

Looks like we've got to put this project on hiatus for a little while, not because we're giving up on our vision, but because all of my crew members, including myself are tied up in other projects. As soon as winter break comes up though, we'll be right back at it. Weather permitting of course!

Well, see you all later. Have a wonderful wednesday.

Even More Stills!

This time they're straight outta the camera. No post work has really been done yet and I'm not even sure if any of these shots will be used, but I can tell you for sure they're from my film.

Conor and Derek in action. Possibly closer to solving the mystery of the TI-83 Bandit.

The kleptomaniac.

The mathletes obviously aren't close behind.

That's about it for today. I don't know if we'll be shooting next weekend or what. Hopefully we'll get a chance before the rainy season kicks in. See you all later!

Stills and Production, It's begun!

Well, you heard right. We actually have begun production. Last weekend we shot a few short scenes and just this afternoon we shot another scene. Here are some stills from our two days of production...

Well...actually, we weren't really paying attention to much to taking too many pictures on the first day, you didn't miss much. Trust me.

Here's the second day though, which was much more intense.

Andy did his duty as our 1st AC. Focusing and getting me batteries when I deemed necessary. He worked that follow focus like nobodys business...I was impressed.

He also helped me get some sweet sweet levels.

I really have no idea what was going on here. Andy really never did audio. There's derek though chillin' pretty hard, just one of our many talent units. He looks mathletey, right?

I also made Andy change lenses every five seconds. He enjoyed it....I hope.(LENS FLARE!)

Our audio goon for the day, bridget, found the reflector to do more than just filling in peoples faces a little bit.

I tinkered with the most monstorous rig ever.

We had a pretty weird rig going on here...we didn't have enough people to hold the reflector so we had to hang it on the side of the tripod so as it got into place it hopefully filled in conors face a little bit with some light.

Bridgets a dork, nuff said.

Andy rode that dolly all day long. He had a good time.

Conor found the coke can that may or may not lead him to the TI-83 Bandit.

Andy approves!

My attempts to go all CSI camera angles failed miserably. Do not attempt anything like that ever.

Derek folded up one of those reflector thingys. Gosh thats fun.

That's pretty much it, I'll talk more about this all later.
