Voice Over, My Only Friend.

Oh my gooooooodness.

I threw in like 5 clips of some voice over today and it's like I have a totally different film. The ending is very very happy now, Johnathan and Grace's relationship is very clear, and where there needs to be emotional beats, there are emotional beats. It's pretty sweet. I'm shooting title sequences sometime this week, so I'll keep you guys updated on that and show you how things turn out.

Other than that I just found out that I have a bunch of production stills on my camera. I just had it around the set, but never really took photos myself. Funny how the photos just sorta took themselves.

Anyways, keep an eye out for those. I'll hopefully post them tomorrow or maybe even tonight.

Rought Cut Done....Progress is Made?

To answer that question. Yes. Progress has been made. I've found someone to score the film and we're just working on the rough cut of the film now. Suggestions have been made and changes are happening.

If any of you have seen the film Election, you'll notice we'll end up doing something much similar with their freeze frame voice overs. We recorded some of the voice overs today with Kristin and should be laying them down tomorrow. The film is currently 8:31 seconds, but there are still some more things that need to be shot and more things that needed to be added in. So the final running time is still up in the air.

I don't have much more to say, we're shooting the pick-ups soon and I'm realizing that I still haven't looked at the production stills we shot. I should probably get on that so I can show everyone something....
